The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register Volume 77, Number 35, page 10559 on February, 22, 2012, allowing for a 60 day comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until June 1, 2012. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 1,058 annual total burden hours associated with this collection. (‘‘the Act’’), Accellera Systems Initiative (‘‘Accellera’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances.
