SUMMARY: In accordance with Title IV of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty 
Management Act (Pub. L. 97-451), Skyline Geyser LLC timely filed a 
petition for reinstatement of oil and gas leases UTU86505, UTU86506, 
and UTU86485 for lands in Iron County, Utah, and it was accompanied by
