The Department of Health and
Human Services published a notice in

to announce the May 1, 2012 meeting of
the President’s Council on Fitness,
Sports, and Nutrition. The meeting was
scheduled to be held at 200
Independence Avenue, Room 800, SW.,
Washington, DC 20201. The location of
the meeting has changed.

Hospital Requesting Waiver for Organ
Procurement Service Area
Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS), HHS.
ACTION: Notice with comment period.
AGENCY:
A hospital has requested a
waiver of statutory requirements that
would otherwise require the hospital to
enter into an agreement with its
designated Organ Procurement
Organization (OPO). The request was
made in accordance with section
1138(a)(2) of the Social Security Act (the
Act). This notice requests comments
from OPOs and the general public for
our consideration in determining
whether we should grant the requested
waiver.
DATES: Comment Date: To be assured
consideration, comments must be
received at one of the addresses
provided below, no later than 5 p.m. on
June 25, 2012.
