(Tennessee), 1001 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas 77002, filed an application in the above referenced docket pursuant to section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission’s regulations requesting authorization to abandon in place and by removal its Line No. 524J–200, an inactive lateral pipeline located in La Fourche Parish, Louisiana. Tennessee states that the facilities proposed to be abandoned include approximately 9.8 miles of 24-inch diameter pipeline and appurtenances. Tennessee also proposes to remove and modify piping and equipment at the northern and southern termini of the lateral, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
