ACTION: Direct final rule. AGENCY: EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District (NSAQMD) and Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern negative declarations for volatile organic compound (VOC) source categories for the NSAQMD and SMAQMD. We are approving these negative declarations under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act). DATES: This rule is effective on June 18, 2012 without further notice, unless EPA receives adverse comments by May 18, 2012. SUMMARY: This document corrects an error in the docket number of a 
final rule pertaining to a determination that the Greater Connecticut
