ACTION: Proposed rule; reopening of comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: EPA is reopening the public comment period for a proposal published in the Federal Register on February 28, 2012. In that action EPA proposed to approve a revision to the New Hampshire State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) on January 29, 2010, with supplemental submittals on January 14, 2011, and August 26, 2011, that addresses regional haze for the first planning period from 2008 through 2018. Two commentors requested an extension of the comment period for this proposed rulemaking. EPA is now reopening the public comment period. DATES: The comment period for the proposed rule published on February 28, 2012 (77 FR 11809) is reopened. Comments must be received on or before April 27, 2012.
