(MGTC) filed a Rate Election pursuant to 284.123(b)(1) of the Commission’s regulations and to revise its Statement of Operating Conditions. MGTC proposes to utilize rates that are the same as those contained in MGTC’s transportation rate schedules for comparable intrastate service on file with the Wyoming Public Service Commission as more fully detailed in the petition. Any person desiring to participate in this rate filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Pursuant to the established process, the Director of the Financial Management Division, Office of the Executive Director, on October 19, 2011, issued a letter requesting the OFAs to submit their costs by January 17, 2012 using the OFA Cost Submission Form. Upon receipt of the agency submissions, the Commission posted the information in eLibrary, and issued, on February 29, 2012, a notice Frm 00018 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 announcing the date for a technical conference to review the submitted costs. On March 22, 2012, the Commission held the technical conference. Technical conference transcripts, submitted cost forms, and detailed supporting documents are all available for review under Docket No. AD12–3. These documents are accessible on-line at https:// www.ferc.gov, using the ‘‘eLibrary’’ link and are available for review in the Commission’s Public Reference Room in Washington, DC. Interested parties may file specific questions and comments on the FY 2011 OFA cost submissions with the Commission under Docket No. AD12–3– 019, no later than May 5, 2012.
