affordable, sustainable, and consistent with
the Antarctic Treaty.

Reason for Closing: One session of the
meeting is closed to the public because the
Committee will review and discuss
confidential commercial information and/or
privileged intellectual property that if
disclosed could harm the commercial interest

lead to premature disclosure of information
that could significantly frustrate the Agency’s
implementation of proposed actions.
Therefore this session is properly closed
under exemptions 5 U.S.C. 552b(c), (4) and
(9)(B) of the Government in the Sunshine
Act.
