ACTION: Notice of intent to grant exclusive license.

SUMMARY: This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 
37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant 
an exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention 
described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application No. 11/935,545; NASA 
Case No. KSC-13088 entitled ``Chemochromic Detector for Sensing Gas 
Leakage and Process for Producing Same,'' to the University of Central 
Florida, having its principal place of business at 12201 Research 
Parkway, Suite 501, Orlando, FL 32826-3246. The patent rights in this
