The application was processed in accordance with T/IM procedures, as authorized by FTZ Board Orders 1347 (69 FR 52857, 8/30/04) and 1480 (71 FR 55422, 9/22/06), including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (77 FR 2699, 1/19/2012). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval under T/IM procedures. SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping and countervailing duty orders and findings with February anniversary dates. In accordance with the Department’s regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews. The Department received a request to revoke one antidumping duty order in part. With respect to the antidumping duty orders on Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Brazil, India, and Thailand, the initiation of the antidumping duty administrative review for these cases will be published in a separate initiation notice. The Department received a timely request to revoke in part the antidumping duty order on Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from the People’s Republic of China with respect to one exporter. The Department also received a request in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(c) to defer for one year the initiation of the February 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012, administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Stainless E:\FR\FM\30MRN1.SGM 30MRN1
