The Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) will
submit the information collection
abstracted below to the Office of
Management and Budget for review and
clearance in accordance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The submission
will describe the nature of the
information collection, the categories of
respondents, the estimated burden (i.e.,
the time, effort and resources used by
respondents to respond) and cost, and
the actual data collection instruments
FEMA will use. This notice seeks
comments concerning the use of a form
to collect data for the development and
continuation of the National Fire
Department Census.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before April 30, 2012.

Abstract: This collection seeks to
identify fire departments in the United
States to compile and update a database
related to their demographics,
capabilities, and activities. The database
is used to guide programmatic decisions

and the fire service.

Frequency of Response: On occasion.
Estimated Average Hour Burden per
Respondent: .27 hours.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 2,342 hours.
Estimated Cost: The estimated annual
cost to respondents for the hour burden

respondents operations and
maintenance costs for technical services

AGENCY:
This notice announces that
the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) has forwarded the
Information Collection Request (ICR),
OMB control number 1652–0003,
abstracted below to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval of an extension of
the currently approved collection under
the Paperwork Reduction Act. The ICR
describes the nature of the information
collection and its expected burden. TSA
published a Federal Register notice,
with a 60-day comment period soliciting
comments, of the following collection of
information on January 26, 2012 (77 FR
4055). TSA has implemented aircraft
operator security standards at 49 CFR
part 1544, which require each aircraft
operator to which this part applies to
