The applicant proposed timelines for rehabilitating the 12 turbine units will start in December 2012 for the first unit and complete the last (12th) unit in November 2020. The proposed rehabilitation would increase the turbine hydraulic capacity by approximately 300 cfs per unit and the generating capacity by approximately 2 MW per unit. l.
