to BIS to establish a new TAC. BIS
provides administrative support for
these TACs.

antidumping duty investigations of
circular welded carbon-quality steel
pipe and tube from India, the Sultanate
of Oman (Oman), the United Arab
Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). See
