DATES: The Southern California Hook and Line Survey review meeting will be held beginning at 8 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2012 and end at 5:30 p.m. or as necessary to complete business for the day. Pursuant to the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), NMFS is requesting comments on its proposal to issue an IHA to SCWA to take, by Level B Harassment only, several species of marine mammals during the specified activity.
