above-referenced proceeding of Solano 3
Wind LLC’s application for marketbased rate authority, with an
accompanying rate tariff, noting that
such application includes a request for
blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
Part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

ANR Storage Company; Notice of
Petition for Declaratory Order
Take notice that on March 7, 2012,
pursuant to Rule 207 of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207,
and Part 284.501, et seq., of the
Commission’s regulations, 18 CFR
284.501, et seq., (2011), ANR Storage
Company (ANR Storage) filed a petition
for a declaratory order requesting that
the Commission issue an order: (1)
Granting ANR Storage authorization to
charge market-based rates for the natural
gas storage services performed using the
ANR Storage Facilities; and (2)
approving certain waivers referenced in
Part VII of its petition. ANR Storage also
requests that the Commission act on an
expedited basis and seeks a final order
on the petition no later than November
15, 2012.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
