existing stoplog channel, a penstock, a
powerhouse, and a 1.2-mile-long buried
transmission line from the powerhouse
to the existing electric power line. The
applicant estimates the project will to
produce approximately 2,911 megawatthours of renewable energy annually.
g. Location: The proposed project
would be located on the Yampa River,
approximately five miles south of the
town of Steamboat Springs in Routt
County, Colorado. The proposed project
