The Decree requires Stricklin to comply with the NPDWRs in the future, to pay a civil penalty of $28,000, payable in four yearly installments, and to pay stipulated penalties in the event of future NPDWR violations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under the National Compensation Survey (NCS), the Bureau of Labor Statistics conducts ongoing surveys of compensation and job characteristics. Data collected by the NCS is used to produce Employment Cost Trends, including the Employment Cost Index and Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, employee benefits data, and data used by the President’s Pay Agent. This information collection is subject to the PRA. A Federal agency generally cannot conduct or sponsor a collection of information, and the public is generally not required to respond to an information collection, unless it is approved by the OMB under the PRA and displays a currently valid OMB Control Number.
