Arts Advisory Panel Meeting
In accordance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92–
463, as amended), the National Science
Foundation announces the following
meeting:
National Endowment for the
Arts, National Foundation on the Arts
and Humanities.
ACTION: Notice of meeting.

Pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of
the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Pub. L. 92–463), as amended, notice is
hereby given that a meeting of the Arts
Advisory Panel to the National Council
on the Arts will be held by
teleconference at the Nancy Hanks
Center, 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.,
Washington, DC 20506 as follows

2012. This meeting, from 1 p.m. to 2
p.m. EDT, will be closed.

Foundation on the Arts and the
Humanities Act of 1965, as amended,

with the determination of the Chairman
of February 15, 2012, these sessions will
be closed to the public pursuant to
subsection (c)(6) of section 552b of Title
5, United States Code.
Any person may observe meetings, or
portions thereof, of advisory panels that
are open to the public, and if time
allows, may be permitted to participate
in the panel’s discussions at the
discretion of the panel chairman. If you

Commission (NRC or the Commission)
has published the Final Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed
General Electric-Hitachi Global Laser
Enrichment, LLC (GLE) Uranium
Enrichment Facility. On June 26, 2009,
GLE submitted a license application that
proposes the construction, operation,
and decommissioning of a laser-based
uranium enrichment facility (the
‘‘proposed action’’). The GLE proposes
to locate the facility on the existing
General Electric Company (GE) site near
Wilmington, North Carolina
(Wilmington Site). This application is
for a license to possess and use
byproduct material, source material, and
special nuclear material at the proposed
uranium enrichment facility.
