hereby given that the following meeting
of the aforementioned subcommittee
will be held. (Parent Committee is:
Board of Advisors to the Presidents of
the Naval Postgraduate School and the
Naval War College). This meeting will
be open to the public.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Wednesday, April 25, 2012, from 8 a.m.
to 4 p.m. and on Thursday, April 26,
2012, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Pacific
Time Zone.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
purpose of the meeting is to elicit the
advice of the Board on the Naval
Service’s Postgraduate Education
Program and the collaborative exchange
and partnership between the Naval Post
Graduate School (NPS) and the Air
Force Institute of Technology. The
board examines the effectiveness with
which the NPS is accomplishing its
mission. To this end, the board will
inquire into the curricula; instruction;
physical equipment; administration;
state of morale of the student body,
faculty, and staff; fiscal affairs; and any
other matters relating to the operation of

The Department of Education
(the Department), in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)),
provides the general public and Federal
agencies with an opportunity to
comment on proposed and continuing
collections of information. This helps
the Department assess the impact of its
information collection requirements and
minimize the reporting burden on the
public and helps the public understand
the Department’s information collection
requirements and provide the requested
data in the desired format. The Acting
Director, Information Collection
Clearance Division, Privacy, Information
and Records Management Services,
Office of Management, invites
comments on the proposed information
collection requests as required by the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.

Abstract: The Annual Protection and
Advocacy for Assistive Technology
Program Performance Report, Form
RSA–661 is used to analyze and
evaluate the PAAT Program
administered by eligible systems in
states. These systems provide services to
eligible individuals with disabilities to
assist in the acquisition, utilization, or
maintenance of assistive technology
devices or assistive technology services.
The RSA uses the form to meet specific
data collection requirements of Section
5 of the Assistive Technology Act of
1998, as amended (AT Act). PAAT
programs must report annually using
the form, which is due on or before
December 30 each year. The Annual
PAAT Performance Report has enabled
RSA to furnish the President and
Congress with data on the provision of
protection and advocacy services and
has helped to establish a sound basis for
