Notice of approval of SGS North
America, Inc., as a commercial gauger.
Notice is hereby given that,
pursuant to 19 CFR 151.13, SGS North
America, Inc., 6624 Langley Dr., Baton
Rouge, LA 70809, has been approved to
gauge petroleum, petroleum products,
organic chemicals and vegetable oils for
customs purposes, in accordance with
the provisions of 19 CFR 151.13.
Anyone wishing to employ this entity to
conduct gauger services should request
and receive written assurances from the
entity that it is approved by the U.S.
Customs and Border Protection to
conduct the specific gauger service
requested. Alternatively, inquires
regarding the specific gauger service this
entity is approved to perform may be
directed to the U.S. Customs and Border
Protection by calling (202) 344–1060.
The inquiry may also be sent to
cbp.labhq@dhs.gov. Please reference the
Web site listed below for a complete
listing of CBP approved gaugers and
accredited laboratories.

to ensure that owners follow HUD
procedures, as laid out in HUD Housing
Handbook 4350.1, chapter 38, regarding
recovery efforts after a Presidentiallydeclared disaster.

Estimation of the total numbers of
hours needed to prepare the information
collection including number of
respondents, frequency of response, and
hours of response: The number of
burden hours is estimated to be 1,067.
The number of respondents is 577, the
frequency of response is 1, the number
of responses is based on the average
number of declared disasters within the
last three years (averaged at 79 per year),
and the total burden hours per response
is 13.5.
Status of the proposed information
collection: This is a revised collection.
Authority: The Paperwork Reduction Act
of 1995, 44 U.S.C., Chapter 35, as amended.
