10695), HUD published a request for
comments on its proposal to reduce the
amount of closing costs a seller may pay
on behalf of a homebuyer purchasing a
home with financing insured by the
Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
The document inadvertently omitted the
ADDRESSES advising interested members
of the public how to submit comments.
This document corrects the omission.
DATES: The due date for comments
provided in the February 23, 2012,
document is unchanged. Comments are
due on or before: March 26, 2012.

AGENCY:
EPA is proposing approval of
a revision to the Rhode Island State
Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by
the Rhode Island Department of
Environmental Management (RI DEM)
on August 7, 2009, that addresses
regional haze for the first planning
period from 2008 through 2018. This
revision addresses the requirements of
the Clean Air Act (CAA) and EPA’s
rules that require States to prevent any
future, and remedy any existing,
manmade impairment of visibility in
mandatory Class I areas (also referred to
as the ‘‘regional haze program’’). States
are required to assure reasonable
progress toward the national goal of
achieving natural visibility conditions
in Class I areas.

received on or before March 29, 2012.
