(MISO) alleging that (1) NIPSCO does not have ownership and investment rights to any of the 765kV investment associated with the segment of the Pioneer project that MISO recently included in its 2011 regional transmission expansion plan, and (2) Pioneer should be allowed to become a party to the MISO Transmission Owners Agreement immediately and begin recovering costs (CWIP) in accordance with FERC’s order approving transmission rate incentives for Pioneer. Pioneer certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts for NIPSCO and MISO as listed on the Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
