FRA assigned the petition Docket Number FRA–2012– 0012. UP seeks approval of the proposed discontinuance of the automatic block signal (ABS) system between Control Point (CP) Troost and Neff Yard on UP’s KC Metro Subdivision, at approximately Milepost 281.
