Currently, the Treasury is
soliciting comment concerning the
currently approved recordkeeping
requirements associated with a joint
rule, which is being renewed without
change, implementing the Unlawful
Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of
2006 (the ‘‘Act’’). The Board has
approved this information collection
under its delegated authority from OMB.
This notice is published jointly by the
Agencies as part of their continuing
effort to reduce paperwork and
respondent burden. The public and
other Federal agencies are invited to
take this opportunity to comment on
this information collection, as required
by the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995, Public Law 104–13 (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)).
SUMMARY:
Comments must be submitted on
or before March 12, 2012.
