Take notice that on January 30, 2012,
Public Service Company of Colorado
(PSCo) filed a Rate Election and revised
Statement of Operating Conditions
(SOC). PSCo proposes to utilize rates
that are the same as those contained in
PSCo’s transportation rate schedules for
comparable intrastate service on file
with the Colorado Public Utilities
Commission. In addition, PSCo also
proposes to make certain revisions to its
SOC as more fully detailed in the
petition.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate filing must file in accordance
with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
