ACTION: Notice of public hearing on advanced notice of proposed 
rulemaking.

of proposed rulemaking, (REG-157714-06) relating to the determination 
of governmental plans. This notice supersedes the notice of public 
hearing published in the Federal Register on Monday, January 23, 2012 
(77 FR 3202) that announced a public hearing for June 5, 2012. This 
notice also extends the comment period for the submission of public 
comments.
