The complaint names TTech Tattoo Device Inc. of Canada; Yiwu Beyond Tattoo Equipments Co., Ltd. of China; and Guangzhou Pengcheng Cosmetology Firm of China, as respondents. The complainant, proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments, not to exceed five pages in length, on any public interest issues raised by the complaint. The USTR asked that the Commission provide its report no later than 13 months from the date of receipt of the letter. Public Hearing A public hearing in connection with this investigation will be held at the U.S. International Trade Commission Building, 500 E Street SW., Washington, DC, beginning at 9:30 am on May 15, 2012. The standard for shackles and hooks, 29 CFR 1915.113(b)(1), requires that all hooks for which no applicable manufacturer’s recommendations are available be tested and that the employer retain a certification record. The standard on portable air receivers, 29 CFR 1915.172(d), requires that portable, unfired pressure vessels be examined quarterly and subjected to a yearly hydrostatic pressure test and that a certification record be maintained. This information collection is subject to the PRA. A Federal agency generally cannot conduct or sponsor a collection of information, and the public is generally not required to respond to an information collection, unless it is approved by the OMB under the PRA and displays a currently valid OMB Control Number.
