of the Kentucky Advisory Committee
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to
the provisions of the rules and
regulations of the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA) that a briefing meeting to be
followed by a planning meeting of the
Kentucky Advisory Committee
(Committee) to the Commission will be
held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012,
at Gardiner Hall, Room 310, University
of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky
40292. The briefing meeting is
scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and
adjourn at approximately 2 p.m.; the
purpose of the briefing meeting is for
Committee members to receive
information about changes to executive
clemency policy for ex-felons. The
planning meeting is scheduled to begin
at 2 p.m. and adjourn at approximately
3 p.m.; the purpose of the planning
meeting is for the Committee to plan
future activities.
Members of the public are entitled to
submit written comments. The
comments must be received in the
Southern Regional Office of the
Commission by March 21, 2012. The
