The briefing meeting is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and adjourn at approximately 2 p.m.; the purpose of the briefing meeting is for Committee members to receive information about changes to executive clemency policy for ex-felons. The planning meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. and adjourn at approximately 3 p.m.; the purpose of the planning meeting is for the Committee to plan future activities.
