Notice of February 4, 2012,
meeting.
ACTION:
This notice sets forth the date
of the February 4, 2012, meeting of the
Flight 93 Advisory Commission.
SUMMARY:
The public meeting of the
Advisory Commission will be held on
Saturday, February 4, 2012, from 10
a.m. to 1 p.m. (Eastern).
Location: The meeting will be held
via teleconference at the Flight 93
National Memorial office, 109 West
Main Street Suite 104, Somerset, PA
15501.
Agenda: The February 4, 2012,
meeting will consist of:
1. Opening of Meeting and Pledge of
Allegiance.
2. Review and Approval of
Commission Minutes from November 5,
2011.
3. Reports.
4. Old Business.
5. New Business.
6. Public Comments.
7. Closing Remarks.

AGENCY:
In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
Office of Surface Mining Reclamation
and Enforcement (OSM) is announcing
its intention to request renewed
approval for the collection of
information regarding the maintenance
of State programs, and procedures for
substituting Federal enforcement of
State programs and withdrawing
approval of State programs.
DATES: Comments on the proposed
information collection activity must be
received by March 26, 2012, to be
assured of consideration.

regulations at 5 CFR 1320, which
implement provisions of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104–13),
require that interested members of the
public and affected agencies have an
opportunity to comment on information
collection and recordkeeping activities
[see 5 CFR 1320.8 (d)]. This notice
identifies an information collection that
OSM will be submitting to OMB for
approval. This collection is contained in
30 CFR Part 733—Maintenance of State
Programs and Procedures for
Substituting Federal Enforcement of
State Programs and Withdrawing
Approval of State Programs. OSM will
request a 3-year term of approval for
each information collection activity.
Responses are required to obtain a
benefit.
Before including your address, phone
number, email address, or other
personal identifying information in your
comment, you should be aware that
your entire comment, including your
personal identifying information, may

as use of automated means of collection
of the information. A summary of the
public comments will accompany
OSM’s submission of the information
collection request to OMB.
This notice provides the public with
60 days in which to comment on the
