Company, L.P. (Magellan) filed a

approves priority committed space and
the overall rate structure involving the
proposed partial reversal and expansion
of Magellan’s refined petroleum
products pipeline system in Texas to
move refined petroleum products from
Houston to El Paso, Texas.
