Public Comment: Members of the public who wish to attend the Friday, January 27, 2012, public teleconference or provide public comment must preregister by 11 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, January 23, 2012. SUMMARY: Under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92463, 
EPA gives notice of a public teleconference of the National Advisory 
Council for Environmental Policy and Technology (NACEPT). NACEPT
