ACTION: Notice of advisory committee teleconference. AGENCY: Under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92463, EPA gives notice of a public teleconference of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology (NACEPT). NACEPT provides advice to the EPA Administrator on a broad range of environmental policy, technology, and management issues. NACEPT members represent academia, industry, non-governmental organizations, and local, state, and tribal governments. The purpose of this teleconference is for NACEPT to discuss and approve draft advice letters addressing two topics: (1) The need for technologies that can help address environmental problems experienced by environmental justice communities and other vulnerable populations, and (2) leadership development and organizational transformation at EPA.     The notificants listed below have applied under the Change in Bank 
Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and 225.41 of the Board's Regulation Y 
(12 CFR 225.41) to acquire shares of a bank or bank holding company. 
The factors that are considered in acting on the notices are set forth 
in paragraph 7 of the Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)(7)).
