Summary of Information Collection
(1) Type of Information Collection:
Extension of a currently approved
collection.
(2) Title of the Form/Collection:
Licensed Firearms Manufacturers
Records of Production, Disposition, and
Supporting Data.
(3) Agency form number, if any, and
the applicable component of the
Department of Justice sponsoring the
collection, Form Number: None. Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Business or other forprofit. Other: None.
Need for Collection
Firearms manufacturers records are
permanent records of all firearms
manufactured and records of their
disposition. These records are vital to
support ATF’s mission to inquire into

the disposition of any firearm in the
course of a criminal investigation.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time for
an average respondent to respond: It is
estimated that 1,694 respondents will
take 3 minutes to maintain the records.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: There are an estimated
76,611 annual total burden hours
associated with this collection.

the Department on November 29, 2010.

Notice is hereby given that, on
December 20, 2011, pursuant to Section
6(a) of the National Cooperative
Research and Production Act of 1993,
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’),
National Shipbuilding Research
Program (‘‘NSRP’’) has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, the following members
have changed their names: Northrop
Grumman Shipbuilding, Inc.—Gulf
Coast Operations (encompassing the
Pascagoula and Avondale shipyards) to
Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of
Huntington Ingalls Incorporated,
Pascagoula, MS, and Avondale, LA;
Northrop Shipbuilding, Inc.—Newport
News Building to Newport News
Building, a division of Huntington
Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News,
VA; and Todd Pacific Shipyards
Corporation to Vigor Shipyards, Inc,
