    Pursuant to section 401(d)(4) of the Public Health Service Act (42 
U.S.C. 281(d)(4)), notice is hereby given that the National Human 
Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) will host a series of meetings to 
enable public discussion of the Institute's proposal to reorganize its 
internal structure. The proposed reorganization reflects the expanding 
scope of NHGRI's research portfolio in response to the priorities 
detailed in the Institute's new strategic plan for genomics research, 
titled ``Charting a Course for Genomic Medicine from Base Pairs to 
Bedside.'' (Green, E.D., Guyer, M.S. Nature. (470) 204-213.2011.)
