The proposed information
collection requirement described below

soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
The information collection is
submitted by homeowners and is used
by HUD to identify the items of
complaint in order to help the
homeowner obtain correction. The
information is also used to identify
builders not conforming to applicable

notice informs the public that the
Department of Housing and Urban

necessary for the proper performance of
the functions of the agency, including
