Notice is hereby given that, on December 21, 2011, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Connected Media Experience, Inc. (‘‘CMX’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Hui Miao (individual member), Suwon City, Republic of Korea, has been added as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and CMX intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On March 12, 2010, CMX filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. Primary: Junk yards. Salvage yards. Motor vehicle insurance carriers. States and local units of general government including the 50 state governments, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Other: None. Abstract: The reporting of vehicle information by junk yard, salvage yard operators and insurance carriers is expressly required by 49 U.S.C. 30504. Each state is required to make their titling information available to NMVTIS as per 49 U.S.C. 30503(a). Additionally, each state is required ‘‘to establish a practice of performing an instant title verification check before issuing a certificate of title.’’ See 49 U.S.C. 30503(b). (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond/reply: It is estimated that no more than 13,051 respondents will submit information. Each application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and is submitted once per vehicle. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: The total hour burden to complete the applications: It is difficult to estimate the total annual cost burden to respondents associated with this information collection.     Notice is hereby given that, on December 21, 2011, pursuant to
