Brief description of amendment: The
amendment changes the NMP2
Technical Specifications to increase the
maximum steady-state reactor core
power level from 3,467 megawatts
thermal (MWt) to 3,988 MWt, which is
an increase from the current license of
approximately 15 percent. The proposed
increase in power level is considered an
extended power uprate.
Date of issuance: December 22, 2011.
Effective date: As of the date of
issuance to be implemented within 90
days.
