financial trends and emerging issues of
federally insured credit unions (FICUs)
$1 billion or greater between onsite
visitations. These institutions present
greater risk to the NCUSIF due to their
asset size and complexity.
Respondents: Federally insured credit
unions (FICUs) with $1 billion or greater
in assets.

Indicators (SEI), pursuant to NSF
regulations (45 CFR part 614), the
National Science Foundation Act, as

U.S.C. 552b), hereby gives notice in
regard to the scheduling of a
teleconference for the transaction of
National Science Board business and
other matters specified, as follows:

revised Companion Piece to Science and
Engineering Indicators 2012 by the
Committee on Science and Engineering

Background
Pursuant to Section 189a. (2) of the
Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended
(the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (the Commission or NRC)
is publishing this regular biweekly
notice. The Act requires the
Commission publish notice of any
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued and grants the Commission the
authority to issue and make
immediately effective any amendment
to an operating license upon a
determination by the Commission that
such amendment involves no significant
hazards consideration, notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
notices of amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued from December 1,
2011 to December 14, 2011. The last
biweekly notice was published on
December 13, 2011 (76 FR 77565).
