Commission’s staff has decided to
cancel the original docket number,
RP12–220–000 and give the proceeding
a new docket number. This notice
changes the docket number of the
proceeding to CP12–25–000 as
referenced above.

affect the original comment due date of
this proceeding, which is December 21,

for a new license for the Rollins
Transmission Line Project located
within the Bear River basin, on private
land in Placer and Nevada counties,
California. The transmission line
extends 0.72 mile from Nevada
Irrigation District’s (NID) existing
Rollins powerhouse switchyard (part of
the Yuba-Bear Hydroelectric Project,
FERC Project No. 2266) to the junction
