Take notice that on December 2, 2011,
pursuant to sections 206 and 306 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, 825e, and Rule 206 of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedures, 18 CFR 385.206, PacifiCorp
(Complainant) filed a complaint alleging
that Utah Associated Municipal Power
Systems (Respondent) has failed to
comply with the terms and conditions
of the Amended and Restated
Transmission System and Operating
Agreement (TSOA) between
Complainant and Respondent and has
failed to pay for operating reserves
provided by Complainant in accordance
with the TSOA.
The Complainant certifies that copies
of the complaint were served upon
Respondents.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
