Questar states it has no firm Transportation Service Agreements with shippers for the incremental 7,500 Dth/d of incremental capacity created by the Project. However, Questar states that it will accept the economic risk associated with construction of the Project, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
