The information collection notice was previously published in the Federal Register on August 19, 2011, at 76 FR 51997, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS received comments from one commenter in response to the 60-day notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted until December 28, 2011.
