    Based on a recent review of DGC 06, Attorney and Summer Intern 
Position Applications by the Office of the Assistant General Counsel 
(Manpower and Health Affairs), it has been determined that DGC 06 is 
duplicative of OPM/GOVT-5 Recruiting, Examining, and Placement Records 
(June 19, 2006, 71 FR 35351), and can therefore be deleted. Records in 
this system will not be destroyed until the National Archives and
