SUMMARY: Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), BOEM 
announces the availability of the OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program 2012-
2017 Draft PEIS prepared by BOEM to support the Proposed Outer 
Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 2012-2017. BOEM 
concurrently requests comments and announces public hearings.

DATES: Submit comments on or before January 9, 2012. See public hearing 
dates in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION below.
