Gas Leasing Program for 2012–2017
(‘‘Proposed Program’’). This is part of a
multi-step process required by law
before the Secretary of the Interior may
approve a new 5-year program. BOEM is
publishing a Notice of Availability of
the 5-Year Draft Programmatic
Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS)
concurrently with this notice.
