The notificants listed below have
applied under the Change in Bank
Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and
§ 225.41 of the Board’s Regulation Y (12
CFR 225.41) to acquire shares of a bank
or bank holding company. The factors
that are considered in acting on the
notices are set forth in paragraph 7 of
the Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)(7)).
The notices are available for
immediate inspection at the Federal
Reserve Bank indicated. The notices
also will be available for inspection at
the offices of the Board of Governors.

Abstract
The SF–424 Research and Related
form (R&R) is an OMB approved
collection (4040–0001). We propose
revising the collection to include
changes adopted by the cross-agency
R&R working group. This working group
established the original proposed
collection of 4040–0001 in 2004. The
form instructions will also be revised.
This collection will be utilized by up
to 26 Federal grant-making agencies.
The 4040–0001 collection expires on
June 30, 2011. We are requesting a
three-year clearance of this collection.
The 4040–0001 proposed collection
encompasses the following forms:
