the Committee’s meeting will be the
completion and approval of
recommendations from the Land, Sea
and Communities Subcommittee and
the Cultural Heritage Workgroup by the
full MPA FAC. The Committee will
receive an update on the
Administration’s National Ocean Policy
and Coastal and Marine Spatial
Planning initiatives, and their linkages
to the national system of MPAs. The
agenda is subject to change. The latest

not have a significant impact on a
substantial number of small entities.
The major factors considered for this
certification were:
1. If approved, the action will not
result in any additional reporting,
recordkeeping or other compliance
requirements for small entities other

in authorizing small entities to furnish
