The Progress Report consists of two parts: A Progress Report Narrative and a Performance Measurement Reporting Workbook. The Progress Report is completed semiannually by Nonprofit Capacity Building Grantees to summarize project accomplishments, challenges, resources generated, and progress toward achieving project goals and objectives. Copies of the information collection request can be obtained by contacting the office listed in the addresses section of this notice.
