I. Abstract
The Coral Reef Conservation Act of
2000 (Act) was enacted to provide a
framework for conserving coral reefs.
The Coral Reef Conservation Grant
Program, under the Act, provides funds
to broad-based applicants with
experience in coral reef conservation to
conduct activities to protect and
conserve coral reef ecosystems. The

The Pacific Council and its

meetings.
SUMMARY:
The Pacific Council and its
advisory entities will meet November 1–
7, 2011. The Pacific Council meeting
will begin on Wednesday, November 2,
2011 at 9:30 a.m., reconvening each day
through Monday, November 7, 2011. All
meetings are open to the public, except
a closed session to be held at the end
of the scheduled agenda on Thursday,
November 3 to address litigation and
personnel matters. The Pacific Council
will meet as late as necessary each day
to complete its scheduled business.
