Take notice that on September 28,
2011, Southcross Alabama Pipeline LLC
(SAGS) submitted a revised Statement
of Operating Conditions for services
provided under Section 311 of the
Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978
(‘‘NGPA’’). SAGS’s filing proposes a
name change from Enterprise Alabama
Intrastate, LLC to Southcross Alabama
Pipeline LLC, as more fully detailed in
the petition.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate proceeding must file a motion
to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and
214 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211
and 385.214). Protests will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be

k. Description of Request: AmerenUE,
requests Commission authorization to
permit the Monarch Cove Development
to expand an existing marina located
within McCoy Branch Cove. Monarch
Cove Development requests permission
to construct two new docks, retain
existing modifications made to three
existing previously permitted docks,
and retain one existing, but
unpermitted, dock with proposed
modifications. The proposal would
provide an additional 110 boat slips and
32 personal watercraft (PWC) lifts to the
facility. The expanded facility would
represent a total of 14 docks, 232 boat
slips, 60 PWC lifts and 28 double PWC
slips. No fueling facilities or dredging
activity is associated with the proposal.
